Preventive Tower Maintenance Q1-Q4 2023

Preventive tower maintenance program for all Telkomsel sites in South Sumatra throughout 2023 (Q1-Q4) valued at IDR 2.1 Billion.

Schedule and Scope

Each tower inspected 4 times per year: structural checks, verticality, bolt connections, corrosion, grounding testing, and equipment maintenance. A total of 800+ inspection visits throughout the year.

Results

Successfully identified and repaired 45 findings before they became serious issues, including 12 corrosion cases and 8 cases of grounding value degradation. Overall uptime of 99.95% throughout 2023.
