120km Fiber Optic Installation Palembang-Jambi

120-kilometer fiber optic cable installation project on the Palembang-Jambi route for PT Telkom Indonesia valued at IDR 6.2 Billion. Includes ADSS cable installation and underground ducting.

Execution Strategy

The route was divided into 6 simultaneous work segments with independent splicing and testing teams. The parallel approach enabled significant acceleration without compromising quality.

Technical Results

Average loss per splice of only 0.02 dB (max standard 0.1 dB). Total: 120km 96-core backbone, 45km 24-core distribution, 8 ODC units, 24 ODP units. Completed 2 weeks ahead of schedule.
