CME Works for 50 Telkomsel Sites Batch 2

CME (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical) works project for 50 Telkomsel sites across South Sumatra and Bangka Belitung valued at IDR 8.7 Billion, one of the largest CME projects handled by the company.

Scope of Work

Includes foundation construction and renovation, shelter construction, grounding system installation, electrical panel and backup power installation, as well as landscaping and drainage. The team was divided into 5 work crews handling 10 sites each.

Innovation and Results

Precast concrete method for shelter foundations accelerated per-site work by 30%. Average quality assessment of 95% and zero LTI (Lost Time Injury) throughout execution.
