Involves installation of Massive MIMO antenna with 64T64R configuration and Active Antenna Unit (AAU) at existing and greenfield towers, along with CME infrastructure upgrades to support 5G power requirements.

Achievement

ZTE 5G Certified Installer team completed all sites with a 98% first-attempt commissioning success rate. The project became the primary reference for 5G deployment in other regions.
